• See if the following files are present here-
  • UBF8T346G9.ms
  • UBF8T346G9.Office
  • UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost
• If you see the above files, select them and delete them.
• If you have any Microsoft Office application on Mac, right-click on it, hover over Options, and then click on Remove from Dock. 
• After you are done with the above steps, restart your Mac.
