1. You can access the guide menu by pressing the Xbox button on your Xbox One or Xbox Series X/S console.
2. Go to the System tab in the Guide menu. And select All Settings from the menu.
3. Go to the Settings menu and select Network. Then, select Network Settings from the menu.
4. The Current Network Status can be found under the Network settings menu. Then, look at the NAT Type field to see if it is open or closed.

NAT Type on Playstation 4 and Playstation 5
