By Scanning QR Code
The first way to add a vaccine card to Apple Wallet is by scanning the QR code. If you are provided with the QR code on your vaccination card, then you can scan it to add the card to the Apple Wallet. To do so, follow the steps given below-
- Firstly, open the Camera app on your iPhone and ensure you are on a rear-facing camera.
- Hold your device on top of the QR code and bring it to the Viewfinder center.
- Once the camera recognizes the QR code, you will get a notification from the Health App; tap on it.
- Now, tap on Add to Wallet & Health and then on Done.
- This will add a Vaccine card to your Apple Wallet.
From Saved QR Code
If you have saved the image of the QR code of your vaccination card, then you can use the Live Text feature to add the vaccine card to your Apple Wallet. To do so, follow the steps given below-
