  1. “Hiding Libraries” in Windows 11 does not work … got to “Folder Options” and un-selected “Show Libraries” under “Navigation Pane”. Restarted Windows 11 and nothing … the libraries are still visible.

    Are these “Libraries” system files?
    Can these files be deleted?
    What are the consequences of deleting these files?
