Step 1: Download an Appropriate ROM

Step 2: Go into Recovery Mode

Use the button combination of your device to enter the recovery mode which is generally by holding the volume down and power button simultaneously for 5 seconds. You can check the key combinations for your device on Google.

  • If your phone is on, turn it off.
  • Press and hold the Volume up button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
  • Press the Volume down button to select “Recovery mode.

Step 3: Install your Custom ROM
